LEGO and geek kinda go together so this product is pretty cool from Solid Alliance:
They’re compatible with regular LEGO bricks too! They come in only 1GB size, but still cool ‘eh? Hopefully they’ll come to the states soon.

Well… it’s about $50 not counting shipping if you order it from the product link on the Japanese website. I would assume it’d be cheaper elsewhere though.
