Intermediate BitTorrent Guide
Following LifeHacker’s Newbie Guide for BitTorrent, they have released an Intermediate Guide as well. It covers some of the more advanced functions and some preferences to make torrents easier to handle. Be sure to read through the comments as well as there are many other good ideas presented there as well.
